Community Choices / Aging and Disability Resource Center

A collaborative effort between the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and known nationally by its acronym ADRC, Aging & Disability Resource Centers are tasked with serving as highly visible and trusted places where people can turn for the full range of long term support services.
